Free first consultation by video call
Tell us what you have in mind: your land, who will live in the house, and your budget. In English or Spanish, on Zoom or WhatsApp — whatever works best for you.
A schematic design you can walk through
We work out the layout and the façade with you, then show you 3D renders and a 360° virtual tour you can explore from your phone. We review it together on a video call before moving forward.
Construction drawings and an itemized budget
We prepare the construction drawings and a line-by-line budget based on unit price analysis (APU). Before the first block is laid, you know what will be built and what each item is budgeted at.
Permits without traveling
We prepare and file your permits with OPAMSS or the municipality. You sign a power of attorney at a Salvadoran consulate in the U.S. Review times are set by each institution, and we keep you updated on the status.
Construction supervised at every stage
Our supervision team checks each stage of the work against the plans and the budget. Every week you receive a report with photos and video and have a video call with us to go over the progress, where we can also walk you through the site live or send you videos of it. Payments follow project milestones.
Final review and handover
Before you receive your home, we review the finished work against the plans and walk you through it on a video call. Visit whenever you want — or send a family member you trust.

A line-by-line budget with unit price analysis, so you know what each item is budgeted at before you build. Got a quote from another builder? We review it and walk you through it item by item.
Permits without traveling
We take care of your OPAMSS or municipal permits. You sign a power of attorney at a Salvadoran consulate in the U.S., and we handle the paperwork in El Salvador.
